Sales CRM and Admin support specialist

Billy Gene Is Marketing is a digital marketing company located in San Diego, California.

We are currently looking for an extremely detail orientated candidate to join our team! This person should be extremely organized, detail oriented, process focused, timely and flexible to change. Must have a minimum of 3 years applicable work history.

This position will join our sales team in an administrative capacity. Helping daily keep the sales floor organized.

Daily tasks:
-Cleaning Accounts Receivable DAILY
-Enter all received Accounts Receivable into Zoho (our CRM)
-Send email/text to all No Answer stages- 2 times a week
-Cross checking sales entries in Zoho and the Sales sheet.

Must have experience within the following software:
-Zoho (or another very similar CRM)
-Google sheets
-Email platforms such as gmail, outlook, mailchimp, maropost
-Texting software such as EZtexting
-Intercom
