We are looking for a UI / UX specialist who understands how to drive business results through data-driven UX strategies and seamless, user-focused digital experiences.
Your primary responsibilities would include the following:
- Maintain a clear understanding of the business goals and user needs
- shape the roadmap, designs and future research activities.
- review user stories within a given design sprint to ensure objectives, goals, and requirements are clear and led by user research.
- Use storytelling to communicate high-level concepts and research insights in presentations, reports, and workshops.
Qualifications
Experience in UX research, architecture, and strategy, content strategy, business analysis, SEO, and data analytics.
She has a proven ability to lead projects and produce consistent quality in deliverables.
Experience in a variety of qualitative research methodologies, including running usability studies and lean usability tests, conducting customer research interviews, requirements gathering activities, concept testing, and writing expert (heuristic) reviews.
Experience in a variety of quantitative research methodologies
Good negotiation skills to come to workable compromises with owner and project teams.
Advanced written and oral communication skills. Ability to present projects and project status to clients, the team, and leadership.
Strong organization and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize research findings into common themes.
Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
This is a full-time position, with at least 4 hours of availability during pst time (typically 11 pm to 7 am ph time)
You’ll qualify for three vacation leaves and three sick leaves after the six-month probation period, and the role will transition to full-time.
Salary depends on skills and experience.
