JOB OVERVIEW

WHAT YOU’LL DO

ANALYZE | You are the expert at all things sales funnels using HighLevel (Similar to ClickFunnels) You will be working with medical spa clients to generate booked appointments for medspa services using the sales funnels you create. You will create landing pages, automate triggers, and create text and email campaigns to get leads to book medspa services. You will guide the team by analyzing historical data, identifying big picture trends and opportunities, and then using that data to build campaign structures using ClientSwipe best practices. Your curiosity and problem-solving nature will help you tremendously in this analysis!

EXECUTE | Creating Sales Funnels is both an art and a science. You are continuously executing strategies on behalf of your clients, testing your hypotheses about why some structures, copy and creative work, and others don’t. You are always searching to improve, build, and chart out new paths to success for your clients. You are constantly iterating on everything from creatives and copy to the overall sales funnel strategy of your client. You will write new copy, headlines, and even find, edit and advise on new creative assets for your client that tell fascinating truths about your client’s products. With every decision you make in your ad account, you will be looking for wins to scale, and analyzing your losses to create and execute on a better strategy moving ---------- MUNICATE | You will be in close contact with the account manager at ClientSwipe. You will be reporting wins and learnings to your account manager on weekly calls as well as via Slack and email on a regular basis. Your goal will be to become a partner and guide for your client to achieve their long-term dreams.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Success in Your Day to Day Looks Like
• Providing excellent, clear, and timely feedback to ClientSwipe account managers through email, slack, and conference calls.
• Diving deep into client accounts, building new funnels and writing new text & email messages in order to book more client appointments and achieve better financial returns.
• Brainstorming big ideas, campaigns, offers, and determining the best way to communicate to customers.
• Showing up every day with the mission in mind of growing and serving your clients and teammates in everything you do.
Success in Your First Three to Six Months Looks Like
• Seamlessly building sales funnels in line with ClientSwipe best practices. This includes having structures that are backed by solid reasoning, follow naming conventions, and aim to test and/or scale a specific strategy. You will have the ability to problem solve and overcome most account issues that you encounter.
• Managing a full client roster (10 clients) and building great client relationships. This includes daily communication/updates as well as hitting set monthly KPI goals based on booked appointments which our dedicated account managers will provide.
• Collaborate with other ClientSwipe team members on optimization techniques and scaling strategies across client accounts. You are always curious to learn more and understand that working together is almost always better than trying to solve difficult problems yourself.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
• Proficiency with ClickFunnels or HighLevel is a must.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably at an agency, brand, or client-facing setting.
• 1+ years of experience in copywriting
• Understanding of branding/messaging concepts, core marketing principles, CRO, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and omnichannel strategy, preferred.
• Must have a unique combination of humility (willing to do the dirty work) and ambition (vision for what your future holds).
• A keen eye for detail in management of timelines and deliverables.
• Logical and analytical while being creative and curious.
• Skilled in project management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
• Ability to complete short-term and long-term goals in a proper manner.
• An insatiable curiosity, and an inability to leave a problem alone until you’ve found one or many different potential solutions.
• A desire to take risks - but only after carefully examining the calculus and determining that your chosen course of action is most effective.

Core Responsibilities include:
• Assist in clients’ onboarding process
• Manage client account setup through our application system and manage requested changes
• Act as a key communication liaison between CEO, Design Manager, Account manager, Sales team and Marketing team.
• Maintain quality relationships with internal / external employees and clients, remaining available to offer support
• Participate in meetings via Zoom and take notes
• Proactively provide feedback to improve company policies and procedures

Qualifications
• Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience in customer service environment
• Friendly and professional with a positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve and ensure client satisfaction
• Organized and able to manage time effectively
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willingness to be flexible and learn new tasks as assigned
