PriceClaro is looking for a full-time junior revenue manager to help us grow our vacation rental revenue management company! We’re a small, but fast growing company looking to find someone hungry to learn and develop revenue management skills in a hands-on environment. We employ advanced techniques and want someone looking to help us maximize revenue
As a revenue manager, you’ll be responsible for a set of properties and their revenue performance. Training in our techniques will be provided. The main tasks include:
Create room rates and minimum night stay strategies for specific properties
Set room rates and minimum night stays for specific properties
Analyze comparables and develop revenue management strategies in accordance
Analyze property performance and adjust strategies with senior revenue manager assistance
Perform market analysis to pull reports as per senior revenue manager direction
The job has flexible hours, but expectations are to be able to work regularly as well as attend regular weekly meetings. The position is salaried, starting at $1,000 USD/month with room for growth.
Technical Requirements:
15Mbps download speed and/or ability to have consistent video calls
At least 8GB of RAM, but 16GB is preferred
Requirements:
Work effectively remotely (although travel may be possible for training and conferences)
Must speak English proficiently enough to communicate with other team members
Mathematics, economics, science, engineering, or other technical degree required or must have existing revenue management experience
Skills:
Able to clearly communicate thought processes and how you reach decisions
Able to demonstrate self-learning and self-improvement in situations
Critical thinking and problem solving for unexpected situations
Proficient in spreadsheets (eg. Google Sheets or Excel)
Pulling data to generate reports
Good analysis skills
Good at comparing quality of units via photos and location
Familiarity with revenue management a plus
Familiarity with vacation rentals a plus
