JOB OVERVIEW

The Role:
Your role as a creative coordinator at Voy Media will be to support strategy & creative teams with day-to-day needs for creative projects. You will collaborate internally to carry out ideas from ideation to execution in a timely and efficient manner.

This is a unique opportunity to learn the nuts and bolts of paid social media activation, strategy and client interaction. You will also be asked to work on a few creative projects in order for us to optimize our client work.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience working in an agency or brand environment. However, we also believe curiosity and a proven track record for self-growth trumps ---------- anized. On-demand creative. Master communicator. Your primary role will require you to articulate an idea & translate them to a creative team member to execute.
Contribute to bi-weekly creative brainstorms (ad campaigns, copy direction, client pitches, etc.) multi-channel brainstorm campaigns to exceed overall brand and project objectives.
Voy Media is a fast-growing company with an agile mindset. You must be able to work independently, but cross-functionally when required.
When there’s a lot on your plate, you buckle up and knock down each task one at a time.
Speedy in note taking. A lot of ideas coming your way, you’re the bridge between the idea and ---------- fortable with project management tools like Asana a must.
Obsessed with Facebook ads. Enough to be curious about how they’re made and the psychology behind ---------- otoshop, Figma, and other editing software are a plus.
Project-oriented mindset and creativity are key to success
Natural communicator. Both internally and externally facing.
Growth mindset required. You’re not afraid to learn new tools.
Experience in the DTC/E-com space is a plus.




Responsibilities:


Collaborate effectively as a creative partner with internal cross-functional business partners: Strategists, Media Buyers, Operations, and outside agencies/partners.
Review deliverables before client touchpoints to make sure creatives are properly aligned with brand guidelines -- on top of correct grammar and ---------- legate projects to in-house designers and outside vendors, provide feedback, and oversee project completion within assigned deadlines.
Manage project workflow within and across projects: understand priorities, manage resources, have foresight, avert crisis, ensure smooth process and best environment for delivering great work
Define & collaborate effectively with other PM’s and creatives in order to reduce creative turnarounds, improve/implement processes,so our team is able to focus on projects.
Reaching out to clients for creative approvals.
Manage and upload image/video creatives in partner GDRIVE with an emphasis in file naming.
