We are a fast growing real estate company with room for lots of growth and opportunities to grow with us. We are currently looking for someone to answer our phones and speak to clients that we buy properties from and sell properties to. We are looking for someone who will be available for the long term, because we invest heavily in the training of our employees. Again, this is a long term position.
There are two portions of this role
a. Acquisitions
- This role is to call back leads that have requested an offer from our company, and do the following.
- Build Rapport
- Gauge motivation
- Obtain Information
- You will become familiar with our Customer Relationship Database. You will enter their information into our CRM, and follow up as necessary.
B. Disposition
- This role is to call back leads that are interested in properties we have for sale, and do the following:
- Build rapport
- Provide them information on the property which is one our website
- Discuss how much they can pay for the property.
- All of this needs to be recorded in our CRM.
We are looking for people who have at least 2 years doing this type of work. If you don't have experience, or you worked in a call center, that is not the experience we are looking for. We are specifically looking for people who have worked with Real Estate Investors making calls, and converting leads.
Also, we are looking for an extremely neutral accent.
