We are a fast growing e-commerce company in need of a PROFICIENT ENGLISH
Requirements:
- Super friendly & helpful attitude towards customers when answering their concerns.
- Proficient in English
- Login everyday and make sure to reply inquiries within 24 hours
- You must be available at least 6 days per week
- Replying on both
- Engaging with people on
- Update me daily on unusual customer's requests
- Familiar with Shopify platform (or at least tech-savvy)
