Core Development is an Ecommerce Development Company located in Tennessee, USA. We operate between 8 AM and 4 PM EST, offering remote work for full-timers and part-timers. Our clients are composed of multiple industries and are mainly using Magento.

Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst, preferably with a development background using Magento. You will be responsible for understanding the client's requirements and identifying the tasks to be created in ClickUp. You must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills since you will be attending calls with stakeholders. Our main communication channel is Skype, and the main project management app is ClickUp. Knowing both of these software is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Increasing the efficiency of the company's online sales by undertaking various researches and cost-benefit analyses.
- Identifying, analyzing, and understanding the Ecommerce needs and requirements of the clients.
- Generally, work with the internal Ecommerce and web development teams to analyze and design the Ecommerce solutions to meet the business objectives.
- Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders.
- Deliver the functional design specifications to meet the specified business objectives of the project.
- Preparing and maintaining documents, procedures, user guides, and business processes.
- Effectively translate business requirements into functional specifications to satisfy the business needs and necessary system modifications
- Coordinate effectively with the stakeholders and technical staff

Business Analyst Qualifications / Skills:
• Expert in sales management systems which include the retail, distribution, and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge about the different functionalities and features of the leading web browsers
• Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated and directed
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
• Strong customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Preferably with Web Development background using Magento
