PART- TIME LEAD GENERATION and SALES MONITORING / NON-VOICE / TRAINING PROVIDED

I am hiring a Lead Generation Coordinator for our company. We support a Las Vegas publication company and their team of 5 in-house Sales professionals.

Confidence with a strong customer service background as well as experience and understanding of CRMs is what we look for in applicants.

Training for Lead Generation Tools will be provided. That is why we are looking for someone who is quick and eager to learn new systems as you will be handling and learning new tools and apps that we use for the Sales team.

Here are the job details
> Position: Lead Generation Coordinator
> Compensation: $3/hr starting salary (opportunity to increase depending on performance)
> Expected Hours: 25 hours/week to start
> Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 3 AM to 8 AM Philippine Standard Time; 5 hours per day

Workload Outline:
1. Learning new systems and platforms
2. Manage and Add Leads to our CRM
3. Support Reps / In-house Sales Team (Sales team of 5 people)
Generating Leads for the Sales team using our tools (Training Provided)
> Assigning leads to reps
> Monitor sales records and lead progress
> Assist reps with daily follow-ups and making sure leads are called
> Do follow-up phone calls with Sales Team
> Help develop and implement new effective systems for the sales team
