JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. You must ensure to meet the company’s workforce needs and goals. You are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
• Perform reference checks as need
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
• Manage onboarding and new hire process
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
• Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
• Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys

QUALIFICATIONS
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral is a MUST
• Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in US Recruitment.?
• Has worked on technical roles (Technical Recruitment)?
• Knowledgeable with Boolean Search String
• Knowledgeable with Bullhorn is a plus?
• Handled niche roles, volume, and targeted selection?
• Ability to work independently while still collaborating as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Has experienced full-cycle recruitment (job?posting, sourcing, interviews,?job?offer and etc.)?
• Knowledgeable with?job?portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder,?and etc.)?
