Executive Assistant & Sales/Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a supercharged, fast-paced, detail-oriented executive assistant who has a “can do” attitude, is upbeat and helpful, and is organized, kind, driven, and client-focused. As Kris’s assistant some of your responsibilities will include handling client onboarding, developing a follow-up and feedback programs, managing pipeline and marketing efforts, managing Kris’s email, calendar, to do list, and agendas; handling event planning and scheduling; onboarding, interacting with clients and facilitating meetings; overseeing projects and goals and monitoring deadlines; and creating and maintaining systems and processes.

We’re seeking a diligent, and self-directed Executive Assistant. You must have strong organizational skills and be exceptionally detail-oriented and highly proactive and organized, with the ability to own your role & solve problems.
You will be Kris’s right-hand person, working side by side, helping to keep her organized and on track both personally and professionally, and taking away as many tasks as possible off Kris’s plate to maximize the amount of time Kris can focus on the highest impact areas.

Some of your responsibilities will be managing Kris’s calendar and schedule; assisting with emails and handling client inquiries; creating processes and procedures, managing, growing & posting on social media accounts, sales calls, finding strategic partners, negotiating with suppliers, research, Finding professionals to handle a specific task where high level of specialized skill is required and managing them until the task is successfully completed, other marketing tasks and handling a variety of other project coordination, operations & administrative tasks.

You must be someone who is proactive and takes ownership and does not need a lot of supervision or guidance.

Position Details
This position is a contractor position.
The position will start as 25-30 hours per week - and will grow to 40+ hours very fast with the right person
You must have at least two years of Executive Assistant experience.
Flexible hours between with certain required hours needed
We’re looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member.
