real estate cold calling and texting

I am looking for someone that speaks English very well and that can eventually if works out very soon be exclusive working with our company only doing cold calls. we can start out slow and try someone out but if it works out and we do well and close deals we would pay weekly fee and bonus on every deal we close. additional bonus if you closed deal. we mainly want you to get all the information necessary and see if the person wants to sell or not. Is this something you can do? weekly cost? as mentioned we would like 40hrs a week plus bonus. you should if are good get at least 1-2 leads we can close on a week. Leads we close we would give one week pay bonus each.
