Duties:

- Create flyers, brochures, templates, and social media post for Realtors
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My
Business, Pinterest, etc.
- Wordpress or Wix experience is a PLUS - upload contents, update and maintain
- They must be able to manage all aspects of our social media program from platform creation, content planning, and the ability to monitor and measure the campaign's effectiveness.
- Utilize a critical eye for your own work to ensure clean, high-quality content that supports customer brand focus
-Some Admin task

Requirements:

- Must have at least experience in the Real Estate industry
- Familiarity with basic design principles and lightweight visual design tools like Canva,Photoshop, Illustrator is a MUST
- Can create flyers, brochures, PowerPoint, landing pages, etc
- Excellent writing and communications skills (sentence structure, grammar, varied vocabulary, spelling, style, strong typing
the speed with high accuracy, and attention to detail
- Understands Marketing for different social media platforms
- MUST be available in a graveyard shift
- Knows MLS, Wordpress and KWCommand is a plus
