WHAT DOES A TALENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER DO?
We’re not going to lie to you. Disrupting an entire industry and completely rethinking how talent is acquired is no easy task. But we can assure you this: it’s the most rewarding role in recruitment.
Core Responsibilities
· Ensuring that every candidate has a positive and amazing recruitment experience.
· Managing, enhancing and innovating recruitment experiences for clients and candidates alike.
· Owning the candidate experience from start to finish.
· Working within the Talent Experience team to execute groundbreaking talent marketing campaigns that deliver world-class talent into our clients’ businesses.
· Working with the Marketing team to source candidates from communities of talent online.
· Working with our creative teams to build a strong and authoritative personal brand on social media that positions you as a thought leader within social recruiting and the skills you recruit for.
· Working with clients to develop strategic initiatives that enhance recruitment experiences, streamline processes and expedite the hiring of world-class talent.
· Commiting to strict Service Level Agreements and always delivering on targets set.
· Supporting and guiding on hiring events.
· Using cutting edge social tools to streamline direct sourcing.

DO I HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A TALENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER?

· You have a serious track record of delivering on volumes of requisitions.
· You rarely lose candidates mid-process and when you do, you can explain why.
· Candidates walk away from phone screens with you excited about the role and eager for next steps.
· You have a desire to learn and get more involved in people ops/human resources.
· You’re data driven – you’re obsessed with charts that go up and to the right.
· When your charts don’t go up and to the right, you test different solutions until they do.
· You are highly coachable and constantly seek feedback on how you can improve.
· This should go without saying, but you’re an excellent communicator and team player, and pride yourself on your ability to earn trust from your coworkers.
