As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for contacting and managing social media influencers specifically in Tiktok. You will build a team of influencer partners for our brands, manage communication, negotiation, coordinate with the rest of the marketing team to get maximum impact for these influencers and their campaigns

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Influencers Marketing & Management
Interact with influencers on Tiktok,
Prospecting and closing new influencers
Sending out products to out influencers
Delivering influencers guidelines for our winning products (passing conversion driven principles on influencers)
Continuous competitor analysis
Checking post-purchase survey and drawing conclusions
Defining new marketing angles based on market feedback (competitors, post-purchase surveys)
2) Content Planning:
Content Strategy for winning products with the Marketing and Amazon Department
Writing content for our products and creating persuasive imageryDrive our product placements and provide valuable assistance to our team
Duties and Responsibilities
3+ years experience with Influencer Marketing
Familiar with Instagram, Youtube & TIktok
Strong work ethic and drive to break records
Proven experience in creating and implementing influencer marketing campaigns
Well-organized with great time management skills
Good negotiation skills
Outstanding project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills with ability to provide detailed reporting of all campaign activities on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
The Growth Hacker may be assigned with such other duties and responsibilities by the management pertinent to his/her position from time-to-time. These tasks shall be communicated and delegated through his/her line manager. We want the person to join and take on full responsibility for driving bottom-line growth by bringing challenging ideas and marketing campaigns that drive brand, product and business objectives
