Nutragroup, Inc is an e-commerce/distribution company based out of Brisbane, California. We are looking for a Full Time Virtual Assistant for the position of Assistant Buyer.

As Lead Mining Manager, you are task to develop and implement lead generation campaigns in coordination with the Buying Department. You are also tasked to engage in training, coaching and overall development of the lead generation team in order to meet company goals. You are expected to do the following specific team management responsibilities:

Conduct team meetings and motivate team members
Communicate on a timely manner updates on progress of projects to executives
Data management (preparation of leads, checking and rechecking of leads, leads assignment)
Implement leads generation processes and ensure steps are strictly followed

Requirements:
3+ years of team handling experience (home based experience a plus)
2+ years of data entry/leads generation/mining experience
above average people skills
stable internet connection
excellent in English speaking, reading and writing
great attention to details
great w/ Microsoft Excel
willing to work in a night shift
