Yaran Property Group ( ---------- ) is a property development company in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. Since establishment in 1996, the company has developed over 1000 dwellings across 60 developments. Yaran is now looking to construct a further 2000 dwellings in the next 2 years. The company is looking to partner with a Website Designer and Graphics Designer Expert to assist the company is all aspects of digital marketing.

Our work involves:
• Manage and maintain the social media accounts of Yaran Property Group in a manner that generates leads and grows the digital databases - while promoting the Yaran brand image, ethos and values.
• Develop a impactful digital marketing strategy that leverages organic marketing strategies while applying a calculated advert spend (PPC advertising) that will reach the ideal target markets for each development.
• Market the Yaran brand through a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy while promoting each development / project in isolation to the correct, prede?ned target markets.
• Design high-quality and effective digital adverts that can be used across various digital platforms
• Develop on-brand signage solutions that work in promoting the respective developments
• create an effcient social media plan that will engage and connect with target audiences and local communities through the below platforms:

o facebook
o Instagram
o Youtube
o Linkedin
o Pinterest

• Full SEO strategy
• Landing page strateg
• Google analytics
• Full graphics design service
• Prepare and coordinate email marketing campaigns
• Good advert campaigns
• Manage and post on all social media platforms


The successful candidates are likely to have:
• at least 5 years’ experience as a website design and graphics designer
• Excellent English language skills.
