I need a wordpress site built from scratch

We need a new site put together (.psd design file provided) it will use an Elegant Themes base (Divi theme) and need the design applied properly. This site also requires that our existing backend that handles orders / customer management be recreated in woocommerce (backend ordering / customer management / printable certificates, and more). There will be a very detailed list of specifics for this job, that will be provided upon acceptance. This job is confidential.
