Idea of an App

I have an idea of building an app for a long time, it involves running a database along with the app. I need someone smart enough to be able to manage the app and get it listed and the marketing aspect of it.

Once successful you will be a part owner of the app and it will depend on you how successuful the app is as if you put in alot of effort the app will get better everyday.
