JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a passionate, people- oriented Customer Service Manager to join our growing company!

WHO WE ARE?
A data-driven eCommerce company, established in 2019. Expander has developed a robust platform that connects sophisticated market research, production, and effective in-platform marketing. Expander has established five eCommerce brands, a global operation, and countless successful product launches in the past three years. A technology company at its core, Expander builds eCommerce brands from scratch, fast, all emanating from a proven product demand. We are expanding to further product categories, platforms, and geographies, capitalizing on the opportunity presented by the growing eCommerce culture.
This is a full-time home-based 40 hour/week position with overtime available as well.

WHO WE'RE SEEKING
Our customers are our first priority and we are known for having one of the best customer service on the eCommerce field. We are looking for someone who puts the customer in the front and loves engaging with customers.
You should have an impeccable English, US accent and an amazing persuasion ability to really help our customers, making them feel better about us and eventually make them update their negative review to positive review or remove it- your place is with us!

Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Analyze data, make reports and be measured by success rate.
• Write and constantly improve scripts and templates.
• Think always about new ways to reduce our negative review rate and improve our customer's experience.


Requirements
• You are a People- Person!
• Pusher with excellent attention to detail.
• Impeccable written and oral English communication skills with US accent.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Multi-Tasking, organized, self-managed, and hands-on.
• Analytical skills with ability to convert data from consumers.
• Positive attitude and thinking.
