- Has a passion for wanting to make an impact in other's lives and contribute to something bigger and greater themselves.
- Self-manager, who can manage themselves, prioritize things for themselves.
- Experience with Clickup & Asana using Kanban-style workflow
- Creating the project plans based on our vision, managing the implementation of that plan, and our project team to help us achieve our launch outcome.
- Filter and translate ideas from the CEO into functional plans for the team to execute (while eliminating hurdles and barriers for the team)
- Having a knack for looking at the "pile of stuff" you have to do and breaking it down into something manageable.
- Managing the project plan, the deliverables, the timeline, the to-do list, and the team to get it all done are the things that you thrive at.
- You create order out of chaos -- plan it out into a logical sequence, assign it to the right team member and manage the completion along the way.
- Help hire and screen team members to ensure we have a team of self-managed A-players to execute our plan.
- Our role is to "make it up", and it's up to you and the team members to "make it real" turning our big ideas into reality with the least amount of stress possible.
- Creating systems to ensure our customers are being cared for by the most competent team members. Day-to-day activities run smooth and customers are wowed.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) so onboarding and training new team members is a breeze.
- Ensure all processes and systems are optimized for maximum efficiency.
- Make the complicated easy, and will also help us get unstuck about what to do next and how to proceed.
- Help d ---------- what to use, what order to do things in, and the headache of managing a project team.
- Adept at quickly identifying and articulating problems, bottlenecks, disconnects, roadblocks and barriers.
- Really good at translating someone’s Vision into something others can understand and get on board with—laying a solid foundation for execution.
- Great at choosing which options are the best priorities for the organization.
- High emotional IQ, calm in the face of pressure or chaos.  Not reactive, and can remain level-headed.
- Are Impeccable with your word. Whatever you say, can be counted on happening unless we first hear otherwise.
- Can handle lots of moving pieces, multiple deadlines, and competing priorities
- If you get bothered and upset by rabbit trails/holes, loose ends, etc. Then, this is not for you.
