Outreach and Appointment Setting

We are looking for 2 people to assist us with Outreach and Appointment Setting work.

Who are we -
Brandslane is an elite marketing company for e-commerce brands and businesses to grow them in revenue. In the last 2 years, we have worked with businesses from small scale to multiple 7-figure ones. Now to grow our company, we are looking for more brains and hands to join us and make a difference in people’s business.

Who are we looking for -
We are looking for people to take care of outreach via Direct Messages and Emails Marketing, and take care of appointment setting by messaging people who engage with our profiles and posts on social media. The initial scripts we will provide.

The work environment will be competitive and adequately paid for your hard work.


Requirements -
- Understand our process of finding leads.
- Put these leads through the qualifying process and keep only the good ones.

- Follow the script (and improve) to reach out to the leads via Emails.
- Follow our provided scripts to Direct Message and chat with the leads to schedule appointments with them.
- Follow up with the prospects.
- Keep improving the message scripts.

- Outreach people who engage with our content on Groups, Profile and Private Group.
- Send them messages according to the provided script.
- Update the Google Sheet based with the leads details.
- Follow up with people in chats.
- Schedule an appointment and put it on our calendar.
- Keep improving the message scripts.

- Additional skills like using Zapier, ActiveCampaign and others will be added bonus.


Process -
We will hold a short challenge to determine 2 right candidates to take forward.
We will select upto 5 people from this round and then personally interview to see if they are the right fit for our culture and work ethics.

We will select the right people based on:
- How well you have followed the instructions.
- How good is the work presented for easy understanding and keeping as a record.
- How good questions you ask to understand the quality of work required.
