JOB OVERVIEW

A permanent part-time role for someone who can demonstrate their prior experience using XERO.

The role includes sales invoicing, purchase invoicing and general administration including assisting our booking department to prepare and send booking contracts for their events projects.

Work Hours (+09:30GMT)

Monday: 9am-12pm +2hrs (after-hours)
Tuesday: 1pm - 5pm
Wednesday: 9am - 5pm
Thursday: 9am - 5pm
Friday: 9am-12pm

Total Hrs/Week: 28hrs/week

Notes:
We anticipate there'll be 2hrs of work to do after-hours on Monday. This can be done anytime between 5pm/Mon - 9am/Tues.
Wed & Thurs are full days. The times include a 45min lunch break.

**Workspace/Equipment Requirements**

For this position you'll need to demonstrate the following:

> Dual screens setup. (this is important for data entry)
> Reliable &/or backup Internet
> Reliable Power ---------- l us your contingency for this. (for example - do you have another place you can work if it's urgent?)
> Reliable computer with good security/anti-virus software etc.
