Looking for a great communicator to make outbound phone calls and schedule appointments.
Real Estate Experience is a plus but NOT necessary.
BPO experience is highly beneficial.
Speaking English well is a huge plus (side note- please don't use the word "kindly" with me as that is not great conversational English)
The ability to connect with people and quickly get them to connect with you IS absolutely necessary.
JOB Details-
The industry lingo for this type of call is known as Circle Prospecting.
Circle Prospecting is where one of our clients gives us an address / or a geographic area and we pull the data for all the nearby homeowners (makes a circle around that address thus its name) and we call them.
The goal is to find someone who may be interested in selling their home in the next 3-6 months if the price was right.
There are several scripts we use depending on the type of data.

This is outbound calling.
This is a graveyard shift.
Hours vary depending on what timezone your client is that you routinely get assigned to. But shifts last 8.5 hours with a half hour lunch (actually there will several more breaks to make this work more enjoyable as it can be a little much to make non-stop phone calls).

Pay starts at $600us per month plus bonuses.
Weekly achievable sales targets are given and if met then weekly $50 bonuses are given out making the total pay potentially $800us a month.
Paid Time Off Includes 6 Paid Vacation Days, 6 Paid Sick Days, and starts after 3 months of
