Virtual Assistant

Hey there, we’re a UK-based email marketing agency that currently works with eCommerce brands all over the world.

We are looking for an assistant to manage our client's accounts, who will be building email campaigns, setting up Flows, creating forms, building out segments, and Integrations to help our eCommerce clients grow. You DO NOT need to have any experience in doing such you just need to be a hungry driven go-getter! We will teach you how to do everything and more.

We do not require you to have a deep understanding of email marketing and the platform that we use for our clients which is Klaviyo, but we expect you to learn quickly as you go. You should be a detail-oriented person who understands how tiny adjustments can yield major results.

***Please note that you MUST be able to attend weekly meetings, and you need to be contactable between the following hours 11 AM - 6 PM GMT on Slack. DO NOT apply to this role if you are not available to be contacted during these hours.

Once you apply for this role, you will be required to attend an interview. After this, you’ll be set a small task/assessment. Finally, you’ll be required to carry out full training. Once training is completed you will begin working.

---------Responsibilities-------------
- Set up Flows (automated email sequences) and email campaigns (aka broadcast or newsletter).
- Set up Store integrations between different platforms.
- Build campaigns
- Provide reporting and analysis
- Deal with any technical issues
- Attending weekly meetings and take notes with minutes.

--------------Required Skills and Experience----------
- You’re extremely detail-oriented — you should have a knack for seeing both the granular details and their larger effects at the same time (ie: seeing both the trees and the forest)
- You have strong English skills (you should be able to maintain technical conversations)
- You’re a highly organized and gifted time manager
- You thrive on self-management and taking the initiative
- You have great communication skills and can explain complex problems in simple terms
- You’re attentive and thorough — you need to understand what each flow or campaign hopes to accomplish

- Experience working with the Klaviyo platform
- Experience working with other email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, SendinBlue…)
- Experience working with GSuite, Slack, and spam testing tools
- General understanding of Digital Marketing
- General understanding of Marketing
