JOB OVERVIEW

Sunbelt Products is a small but successful United States based eCommerce company that has been in business for 9 years. We strive to promote a positive work culture for our team. All of our 15 team members either work from home in the Philippines or at our office in the United States. This is a brand-new position that will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
This position will work primarily on the Philippines graveyard shift to match our US office hours of 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, time may be scheduled on Philippines daytime hours to assist with any specific HR needs there.

Essential Job Functions
• Recruitment
• Creating new job postings and job descriptions
• Prescreening candidates & scheduling interviews
• Onboarding
• Tracking Vacation/SIL, and attendance
• Submit payroll
• Assist in developing and improving current written HR policies
• Employee engagement
• Assess current benefits and make recommendations
• Organize and structure virtual HR Files
• Complete audits and reporting
• Assist Chief Operating Officer with Administrative duties
• Act as a backup for Customer Service

The right candidate will be well versed in Human Resources either as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, and must be extremely organized, and be able to prioritize effectively. They will be fully capable of assisting in solidifying and improving our current policies, forms, file organization, and structure of all things HR related plus assist the COO in an Executive Admin ---------- CLUDE RESUME OR LINK TO RESUME
