Full Time VA & Customer Support Specialist with Excellent English

We’re an Australian based web design agency and we are looking for dedicated, friendly & driven individual with strong people skills to join our team.

This role involves responding to email support enquiries for our existing customers, liaising with our our web designers developers and project manager.

You'll also be helping with a variety of additional tasks from importing data into sites, preparing documentation for our clients, reviewing websites for errors, updating plugins, and more.

We are looking for customer support specialists that speak clear perfect English and have an excellent phone manner.

The ideal candidate is motivated and works well following structured systems & procedures. You have a high attention to detail and you naturally strive to get things done right first time.

This is a full time role with great added benefits working for a stable, fast growing company.

Salary: PHP 20,000 to PHP 30,000 pmth
Hours: 8am to 5pm (includes 1 hour for breaks)
