Fun $7/Hour Animation Job (Full Time)

I'm amazed by how many designers fail to send me a portfolio immediately.

This lets me know how solid you are at design work and also if you are good at communication.

I have flat art images I am looking to get turned into looping GIFs I can sell in NFT marketplaces.

I need someone who is confident in many different animation effects so that we can have a lot of variety in the GIFs and also someone who is up to date on NFT animations and what's selling well.

I need to be able to hand you a flat piece of art and describe what I'm looking for in the animation and get GIFs turned around in a timely fashion.

Together we'll build a reference database of other NFT animations on the marketplace so we can do the same types of effects for ours and reference what kinds of effects we want to do on what areas of our designs so it becomes a smooth system.

We can purchase any After Effects templates or resources you need to do these but I need someone who can do these no problem, has experience doing these and can crank out a variety of effects with ease.

The biggest thing for me is smooth, fluid design to really hit home.

Here's what I'm looking for in someone for this position:

- Ridiculously good at NFT GIF animation. Like you look at other animators and feel sorry for them because you know that they can't even touch the quality of your work

- FAST design. I need quick turnaround times for everything so that we get shit done fast

- EXCELLENT communication. I CANNOT have long periods where I don't hear back from you or where it's hard to get in touch. We need to be in communication constantly so we're both on the same page

- EXCELLENT English. YOU WILL NEED TO BE ON THE PHONE SOMETIMES so you need to have a solid grasp of the English language, be able to speak and understand English well

- NOT AFRAID to ask questions. I am always here if you have questions

- NOT AFRAID to make mistakes. I WILL NOT GET MAD at you if you make ---------- just means we have some practice to do! If you make a mistake, we'll just set up a system to make sure it doesn't get repeated. Simple as that!

- EYE FOR DESIGN. I love a clean minimalistic design that pops and smooth animation as I mentioned

- DOES WELL under pressure. Relaxed. Doesn't freak out about lots of work or tight timelines. Enjoys the job, likes working, likes designing, likes contributing to something bigger than yourself

- Knows how to create looping GIF images we will turn into NFTs

- Is familiar with NFT marketplaces

- Has a fast internet connection

- Has a Facebook and Skype account (or are willing to create them, both free)
