JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an experience support representative to hire and manage a helpdesk staff for a small software development company that specializes in CTI (Computer Telephony Integrations) development.

Ideal candidate is someone who can initially be trained as a helpdesk agent to assist in supporting our clients. Upon becoming proficient with our company’s products and policies, we would then need that person to hire, train and manage additional agents. This person will need the skills required to build and manage our entire support needs almost as a completely separate company that is a sub division of Evo Technologies.

Starting pay for a qualified candidate while building this support infrastructure is 35,000.00 per month with pay increases and bonuses appropriate to performance - pay scale for agents hired under and managed by our helpdesk manager would be appropriate for the skill sets and experience they offer.

Position is long term with growth potential, top pay and performance bonuses. Management experience and good English writing and verbal skills and a minimal networking skillet are critical requirements. Prior experience with phone systems/PBX/PABXs, VoIP, TAPI, SIP and VOISS integrations are preferred.
