JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking to hire another amazing virtual manager for my wedding business! Fixed hours are worked (9am to 5am EASTERN time) but it can be done from anywhere, as long as the work is done in a timely manner. Experience is required, but full training is provided, and a support team is always available.

Requirements:

-One year of HoneyBooks (or similar Client Management software) experience
-One year experience hiring/interviewing/onboarding external team members / freelancers.
-One year managing (external) freelancers. Making sure they are doing what's required of them in a timely manner in a stern (but not scary) way. Anyone that proves unreliable or too much of a headache should be replaced.
-Be able to have the occasional video chat (used during onboarding new contractors, or occasionally when there is an extra-worried bride. This won't happen often and if its scheduled ahead of time. But you should be able to provide a presentable location for video chats as needed, and have a very neutral accent for these occasions.

Responsibilities will include:

-Working with our freelancers (photographers & videographers) - making sure they are staying in communication with their assigned clients.
-Verification of invoices - payments to freelancers.
-Creation of simple reports in Excel/Sheets.
-Scheduling of photographers and videographers to weddings.
-Send weekly reminders to photographers / videographers of your upcoming weddings.
-Sending final photos / videos to clients.
-Reply with your favorite color in the subject for consideration.
-Customer service by email & phone.
-Recruit new photographers / videographers using our systems - as needed.
-Virtual assistant to the owner when time permits.
-Ability to update several websites as needed. (wix)
-Ability to manage a few social media profiles
-Ability to do basic Quickbooks work (managing books)

I will be receiving LOTS of applications. Here are bonus attributes I am looking for, skills here will get you a heads up on your competition:

-Experience in GoHighLevel automations and optimizations.
-Experience creating pretty things for social media in Canva or Crello.
-Social Media Management experience.

We are a well known, national Wedding Photographer & Videographer franchise in the United States and are currently expanding internationally as well. Our system comes with lots of training material covering everything wedding manager-related, and then our corporate office also has a "Manager of Wedding Managers" in case you have any questions later on. If interested, please know that I conduct video chat interviews.

Payment is every Monday via TransferWise. If you contact me via Facebook / website / skype / anything other than here, you will be immediately disqualified. I don't like it.
