Career Wallet Group are looking to recruit a Affiliate / Partnership Manager


Who Are We? The career wallet group runs a number of recruitment base websites with the aim of matching talented jobseekers to relevant jobs, our current sites are based in the UK, and USA but our plans are global with further sites to launch in countries this year including Canada, India, Europe and Asia

Who Are We Looking For? The Partnership / Affiliate manager has clear responsibility for evaluating and the acquisition of new data sources related to the provision of relevant jobseekers.

The data manager is responsible for sourcing job seeker data from open sources or acquired third-party data sources which consist of enough information to be able to perform initial email marketing functions that lead to a conversion of a registered jobseeker.

We currently have an established network or partners and the role will be to grow this partner network in both the UK, USA and other international markers as the business expands.

Our affiliate programme also includes the ability to provide jobs feeds to third party companies who then provide traffic to us and our partners via a job syndication and arbitrage model, simply put if our clients wish to pay $0.30 for a click to one of their jobs then we need to acquire that traffic for less than $0.23 from our partners.

Currently the business works with a number of recruitment process outsourcing companies, flat fee recruiters and other recruitment-based companies who supply data on a revenue share and data monetisation basis and depending on the partner we brand as our brand of the clients via our white label job alerts and matching service.

Who are we looking for

The ideal candidate will come from and affiliate and partnership background and ideally have an understanding of most affiliate marketplaces.

The role would suit someone who has come from a data acquisition, affiliate marketing or partnership-based background from the recruitment industry but industry training can be provided should the candidate have strong experience in affiliate or partnership management

The key skills and requirements we are looking for includes.
• Understanding off affiliate marketing, systems and market places.
• From and Affiliate or Partnership building background
• Able to hit the ground working without being day to day managed
• Ability to understand data and data monetization
• Able to use LinkedIn and other lead generation tools for sourcing and identifying new partners.
• Understands tools such as Similar web, Aexa, SEM Rush to look at competitor traffic flows.
• B2C, or consumer data acquisition


The role offers a good opportunity for the right candidate to work with and for an early-stage technology driven company with aspirations for global expansion and dominance of the recruitment and job board industry. The role is a new role that is combining aspect currently undertaken by management, so the Partnership / Affiliate Manager has the ability to shape the role, and grow the team moving forward.

With offices in the UK and India the role can be home based / remote working.
