Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Virtual Assitant - Online marketing, Customer Chat, and Project/Tenant Coordination are some of the main responsibilities.

We need someone to join specific groups and post ads on Facebook marketplace & groups, Kijiji, and other online marketing platforms for our rental units.

We will provide photos and in some cases the written ad copy to be posted or advertised. The VA will then respond to the applicant's inquiries and coordinate with our local property representative for a mutually agreed time in the coming days.

The VA will also send an email notification - to tenants and managers about any prospective showing(s).

Due to time zone requirements and nature of the business - we need a person for 4 hours a day x 6 days a week broken into 2 hr windows of morning and evening.
24 hrs a week or 96 hrs a month

9-11 am Eastern Standard Time 6-8 Eastern Standard Time
