Bookkeeper for real estate and ecommerce business

Hello!

We operate a small real estate investment company and 2 growing e-commerce brands. We are looking for someone to assist with billing tenants, paying bills, reconciling accounts, and general accounting, data analysis, and bookkeeping tasks. We use Quickbooks Online, so you would need to have extensive training and or experience with Quickbooks.

You must be very thorough and able to easily catch errors and not overlook details.

Advanced excel skills are necessary to efficiently complete some of the tasks.

Please explain in detail your experience and or training and what kind of tasks you have completed in the past.

We are a small team of fewer than 10 people, but we pride our self in being the best. We have a high amount of integrity, positivity, determination, consistency, and work at a fast pace.

This can be full or part-time.

Must be available for rare, but sometimes critical, events that happen on the weekend.
