Hotel/ Apartment Operation Manager

Job Location: Rwanda, Africa



Job Description:

be in charge of hotel and apartment operation management, including sales, leasing and property management;
be responsible for customers service, maintain good relationship with clients, development leasing and sales business, manage local employees;
Develop business relationship with interested investors, assist in business deal (extra bonus for successful sales deal)
Assist to proceed the contract signing, payment and the following process for a successful deal.
Undertake other tasks given.


Job Requirement:
College degree or above
English as working language, good MS office software skill
Hotel Management related study background and working experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skill, strong sense of responsibility and good service consciousness. Work carefully with patience
