Finance Manager

We are looking for someone that can stay on our team long term and take ownership of our accounts department. This is a senior role that is very hands on within our business.

The ideal candidate will play an advisory role direct to the CEO and is someone that has strong experience with the Australian Tax system

INITIAL DUTIES
- Migrating accounts from our Old Xero to our New Xero account
- Ongoing reconciliation
- Invoice preparation
- Accounts payable + preparation
- Invoice compliance (ensuring invoices are compliant before marking them as ok for payment)
- Reporting
- BAS and Tax preparation

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Must be:
- highly proficient with XERO
- Experienced with Australian business and tax
- Able to work in a fast paced environment

DESIREABLE EXPERIENCE
- Experienced in a Financial Controller position and able to give tax advise for business lodgement
