Community Chat Moderator / Chat Generation

The Daily:
Moderate an online community chat room with potential investors and community members.
Moderate and edit questions from our community members.
Work closely with marketing department during live programming
Reportorial Research: Talk to our audience and help them find the information they seek
Community Management: Remain a positive attitude and comfort community members during rough times
Report any unusual activities or questions that frequently appear in the community to management.

The Essentials
Responsive to management and questions in the community is required.
Experience in community moderation is preferred. (Fresh joiner is also welcome)
Ability/experience in crafting community created material such as memes, sticker, gif will be a large advantage.
Experience that will give you a leg up in this process: Community management, content ethics, creative analysis and criticism
Knowledge related to cryptocurrency will be a plus.
