Job Description
From marketing strategy to overseeing content execution, our marketing coordinator will essentially be the strategic backbone of the department. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling through content and wants to bring their creative energy to our industry. Our goal is to provide our audience and customers with informative, creative, and inspiring content that helps build connections with our community to ultimately drive sales.

Responsibilities
• Assume responsibility of and maintain an organized content calendar (covering multiple platforms) that’s in line with our social media strategy to reach/exceed metric goals
• Review content created by the marketing team for branding consistency and provide feedback until the assigned project is approved for scheduling
• Weekly reports for individual platform metrics, plus presenting findings to department on a bi-weekly basis with plan of how to build upon them
• Develop content recommendations and adjust strategies as necessary
• Analyze optimal posting schedule on a monthly basis and adjust as necessary
• Further develop and optimize company profiles within each platform
• Stay up-to-date with changes on all social platforms and react proactively
• Monitor audience and social space for conversations, preferences, and trends that may serve as opportunities for content
• Stay up to date on competitor content, numbers, perceived strategies, etc.
• Conduct research to analyze customer behaviors (purchasing habits, trends, and preferences)
• Overall monitor our brand presence and find ways to continue building the genuine and authentic connection with have with our audience and customers
• Perform any other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or related field), or 3+ years equivalent experience
• Expertise in
• Proven experience in managing a social media presence
• Ability to work under stress in fast-paced environment
• Experience working in Canva (bonus for Adobe Creative Suite knowledge)
• Excellent writing, communication, editing, grammar, presentation, and branding skills
• Strong independent judgement and eye for details, with ability to proof your own work
• Flexible, willing to work under deadlines, collaborative team player
• Strong problem solving, organization, multitasking, analytical, and creative thinking skills
• Fluency in English
• SEO and keyword knowledge and research
• Photography, video production, and graphic design experience are a plus

• Able to meet, or exceed, project timeline and quality expectations on a consistent basis
• Ongoing ability to learn about the industry to improve content
• Remain up-to-date with current social media styles, trends, and technology
• Communicate openly and honestly with marketing team and management
• Able to successfully increase website traffic by set metrics per quarter
