E-commerce VA (Amazon)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our rapidly growing e-commerce company and expand our team. If you are excellent at following instructions, paying attention to details, and hardworking, we would like to invite you to join us. We are focused on recruiting for the long-term, starting from part-time transitioning to full-time.
Read the Roles & Responsibilities carefully as we will only select the top candidates. If you have no experience with Amazon, but have excellent artistic skills/computer graphic skills, we will also consider you.
Key Roles:
- Generating content on the Amazon platform (images, videos, storefront, Amazon Posts, A+ content)
- Creating new listings (Copywriting)
- PPC skills an asset
- Inventory management – check inventory levels and re-order to ensure products do not run out of stock
- Distributor research – maintain working relationships with distributors/brands and re-order products as necessary

SKILLS REQUIRED
Technical skills:
- 1 year or more experience with Amazon
- Excellent problem solving skills and customer service
- Excellent computer skills (excel, word, canva, photoshop is an asset)
- Excellent English (Verbal & Written) and communication skills (REQUIRED)
- Graphics design skills, photo editing
- Reliable Internet Connection + Suitable Laptop/Desktop
Personal Skills:
- Highly organized and detail focused
- Willingness to learn and think critically
- Resourceful and Creative – has an eye for what looks good
- Independent and always trying to self-improve

SCHEDULE
Work schedule is 20 hrs per week Monday-Friday, with possibility to transition to Full Time.
You will be required to use time tracker software that takes screenshots of your work progress. We require that you work for us 100% of the time in your schedule. Working multiple jobs is not acceptable.
Pay will be determined by your level of experience.
