---------- Facebook ads expert wanted for a group of UK based property companies.

The successful person will have significant experience in creating automated lead generation campaigns on Facebook.

It’s a part-time position, initially we will be looking for more hours, at around 10 hours per week to set up the campaigns but once our campaigns are established and they will just need maintaining, we envisage that we will need you for 3-4 hours per week.

Job requirements:

We need real life and proven expertise of:

1. Creating and managing Facebook ad campaign to generate in-bound leads.
2. Paid for advertising on Facebook that drive users to buy our products and go to fill out our scorecard.
3. You will have proven experience of creating lookalike audiences and creating video ad campaigns. You will need to create campaigns that filter out people dependant on how long they’ve watched the videos and create nurture campaigns for them.
4. Content creation for social media posts using Canva and video editing.
5. Knowledge of how to ---------- Facebook for generating leads is a must. We need someone how knows how to manipulate FB get posts to be seen and how to create super cool posts that make users go “wow!!”

Nice to haves:
6. Knowledge of how to use other social media platforms would be a nice added extra.
7. Knowledge of Google ads and display advertising would also be a nice added extra


About the businesses:
We run a few businesses in the property space: a direct marketing company for property investors wanting to find their next deal, a window cleaning company, and a property training business. We are constantly looking for new customers and now want to optimise our online presence and automate all our lead generation.

Our window cleaning business just needs its online presence optimised in order to drive in-bound calls from people wanting to buy our service.

Our direct marketing company has the beginning of a sales funnel built. We drive our audience to fill out a scorecard and from there we have a well-established process to convert them to paying ---------- this business we are looking to use Facebook ads to increase the traffic to this scorecard.

Our property training business just needs an excellent social media expert to create free cool content to drive users to book onto our events. They’ll need to come up with fresh content each month on Canva and really know how to create stories and facebook and Linked In posts that are seen and convert. We’re especially looking for people who know how to use graphics, icons and emojis that attract attention.

The pay is to be d ---------- as it will depend on your level of skill.
