CRM Admin & IT Manager (No Coding Skill Required, but coding skill a Bonus)

Hourly Rate:
Training Period: $4/Hr
Post-Training: $5/Hr

• Training is considered complete, as soon you are able to do 70% of the day to day tasks independently, without help from the outgoing person in this role.

Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Admin & IT Manager who will look after our CRM System (Suite CRM) as well as other IT Tools that we use (Asana, One-Note, Wordpress, VPS Hosting, etc,) and help the team with IT related requests. You will also be the main point of contact between the management and the development company we use and liaise with them in order to deal with any issues related to new developments.

A successful applicant must have a thorough knowledge of software and a variety of internet applications and ideally experience with CRM systems (If you have direct experience of Sugar CRM or Suite CRM that would be a Huge Bonus! But is not a requirement).

Most importantly, you need Great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail are important. Most of the IT team members will come to you for day to day issues with the system and you will be helping them out.

This will initially be a part-time role, requiring 12 Hrs/Week (50Hrs/Month) for now, but may turn into a full-time role in the ---------- the first few weeks, you may be required to do more hours, in order to get up to speed. We have lots of training videos and good documentation for the training!

Responsibilities
• Support with IT admin tasks on our systems (CRM,??emails, website, etc.)
• Testing systems, plugins, integration and customization of CRM, website and other systems
• Carrying out research on IT Related issues
• Producing documentation (written form and videos)
• Setup and configure business requirements in CRM and website

Requirements
• Proven experience as Software IT Assistant or relevant position
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
• In depth understanding of diverse (web) software systems
• Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
• Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
• Knowledge of managing some CRM system & Wordpress.

Preferable but Not Required Competencies
• Basic coding knowledge (especially PHP/MySQL).
• Suite CRM/Sugar CRM Knowledge.
