Blogging & SEO Expert - Law Firm

Looking for a part-time blogging & SEO expert for a law firm. Must have excellent written communication skills. Responsibilities will include:
-Research local and nationwide relevant news
-Write blogs about relevant news and content (all legal)
-Formatting & scheduling blogs on Wordpress
-SEO experience (heading tags, alt text, etc)
-Finding & uploading photo for featured image
-Updating content on long-form pages on website to increase SEO
-make suggestions / creative ideas on how to improve SEO
