Homebased Sales Development Specialist

Hey there! We're looking for a Sales Development Specialist for ReferralCandy, our venture-backed SaaS product that's tripled in revenue over the past year.

Hundreds of businesses around the world use ReferralCandy to reach new customers and we’ve brought them millions of dollars in additional sales. We're fanatical about helping our customers get more referral sales and grow their businesses. And we’re just getting started. As our Sales Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in prospecting and lead generation to execute our marketing and sales strategy. You will need the ability to work with information from multiple sources and identify appropriate facts quickly. We need someone who is meticulous and pays attention to details. What you’ll be doing:
Finding profile information about business leads in our database — An example would be to look for a contact’s Linkedin profile and noting down their title and location.
Searching social media for relevant information — An example would be to find and identify positive tweets by customers of a certain brand.
Manage time and company resources appropriately.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.


Do you have what we need?
You must be a passionate user of social media (Linkedin, facebook, twitter, etc).
You must have above average English communication skills.
You must be super computer and internet savvy.
At least 1 year experience working in Lead Generation.
Willing to work nights and during Philippine Holidays.
Must have reliable internet connection at home.
Passion for improving your own knowledge and skills is a must.
