Position: Lead Generation Coordinator
Compensation: $3/hr starting salary
Expected Hours: 25 hours/week to start
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 3 AM to 8 AM Philippine Standard Time

Now hiring for a Lead Generation Coordinator to assist and support an in-house US-Based Sales team for a Las Vegas publication company.

Our company is now growing and we’re looking for someone who can grow with us!

The job will be Part-Time at 25 hours a week with a starting rate of $3/hr with an opportunity to increase depending on your performance.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is confident with a strong customer service and sales background as well as experience and understanding of CRMs. As training will be provided, we are looking for someone who is quick and eager to learn new systems as you will be handling and learning new tools and apps that we use for your Sales team.

Workload Outline:
1. Learning new systems and platforms
2. Manage and Add Leads to our CRM
3. Support Reps / In-house Sales Team (Sales team of 5 people)
> Generating Leads for the Sales team using our tools (Training Provided)
> Assigning leads to reps
> Monitor sales records and lead progress
> Assist reps with daily follow-ups and making sure leads are called
> Do follow-up phone calls and set appointments as needed
> Help develop and implement new effective systems for the sales team
