Position: Part-Time Social Media Project Manager
Compensation: $4.50/hr
Expected Hours: 15 hrs/week to start; Sunday - Thursday 5 PM - 8 PM Pacific Time / Monday to Friday 8 AM - 11 AM Philippine Standard Time
Are you our next PROJECT MANAGER?
We are looking to hire a PART-TIME PROJECT MANAGER for a feminist LGBTQ+ supporting team that is very passionate about human rights.
Help our team create and manage our client brand's online presence with high-end, authentic content and informed strategic planning. Our innovative approach is a combination of visually stunning content and understanding how online users think. Because of that, we've been able to showcase our client's brands better than they could've imagined. We recently expanded our client base and as the work grows, we now need a project manager to help drive our team to success.
The job will be around 15 hours a week at $4.50 /hour to start. This of course comes with an opportunity to increase depending on your performance.
The ideal candidate is someone who is very organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent English communication skills (speaking, writing, and generally expressing thoughts through calls and chat). Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with experience in using project management apps like Notion and has knowledge on creating Kanban Style tasks.
If you have Agile knowledge and Social Media Marketing experience, it will be counted as a plus on your application but not a requirement.
Job Duties include:
- Managing the Team
- Assisting the CEO
- Quality Assurance (Checking on team’s work)
- Maintaining and implementing SOP’s
- Organizing tasks for the team and CEO like:
- Creating tasks in detail
- Working on Notion to create Kanban style tasks
- Creation and/or Maintenance of Systems/Methodologies/Timelines
Ideally will have the following qualifications:
- Experience working with Notion and other project management apps
- Great Communicator
- Proactive
- Confident
- Knowledge of AGILE is a plus on your application but not a requirement*
