JOB OVERVIEW

We organize, curate, manage, and host group travel experiences around the world, which is both a complex and amazing undertaking. Our business has changed in a number of ways due to covid and will continue to shift.

Below you will find a range of activities that the project manager/business admin role ---------- aracteristics and skills for this role:
*You are skilled in business process mapping.
*You are well versed in wordpress website development, database creation and management, and automations. [Familiarity with Zoho is a plus]
*You should be a critical thinker that is comfortable creating your own workflow.
*You should be able to understand the desired outcome and devise your own path to accomplish the goal.
*You’ll need to be organized, diligent, and timely.
*You’re able to work effectively with vendors, team members, and other developers to launch projects.
*You have intimate familiarity with Zapier.
*You’re able to manage multiple varying responsibilities day to day.

Tasks

New Private Packages Launch
Traditionally, we have focused on offering large scale group travel experiences. However, due to Covid we are looking to expand our offerings to include planning private packages for individuals and small groups.

We will have a set itinerary for the countries that we currently have offerings for: Egypt, Bali, Morocco, Ethiopia, Kenya, Zanzibar, Ghana, and more to be added.

This is a brand new offering, so the system needs to be created from scratch. Whoever steps into this role will work directly with the CEO to design the process together.

The general idea is that anyone will be able to reach out to arrive at our company website, book a pre-designed itinerary for the countries listed above for 1-20 people, and have an automated process that keeps everything on the front and back end seamless. This will be our priority from May through the end of 2021.

Activities required

*Creating a system to communicate bookings with vendors to make sure the dates are booked on their end, through some type of automated process with manual checks.
*Designing a web page template that allows guests to easily book whether they have 1, 2, 3-5, or 15 people joining their trip.
*Establishing a well running back office process whereby payment is seamlessly collected, vendor payment schedules are established, with reminders set, and everything runs smoothly.
*Automations across business for efficiencies
*Automate broken and labor intensive processes across the business
*Map and document recurring process, while creating SOPs
*Leverage Zapier and other tools to create more efficiencies across business activities
