Seeking eCommerce Personal Assistant for performing day-to-day tasks.

You will be responsible for a range of tasks involving customer service and order fulfillment. When you are not fulfilling orders and handling customer service, you will be finding and listing new products. Some of the tasks required will be as follows:

- Fulfilling orders (buying product from supplier, entering in tracking into web store backend etc)
- Responding to customer inquiries/complaints
- Managing refunds and disputes

All training will be provided.

We are looking to staff on a full-time basis as an ongoing job. With that being said some of the key requirements are:

1. Be extremely reliable
2. Have a great feedback history on onlinejobs
3. Be able to work daytime hours here in the United States which will be overnight in your country.
4. Be an excellent communicator with reliable internet access and a ---------- account.
5. Be able to edit photo images.
6. Fluent in English.
