Experienced Graphic Designer - HubSpot Expertise Preferred

We are seeking to add a full-time graphic artist to work remotely with our team that is based in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone. This position will allow you the opportunity to share and continue to grow your skills. People and Processes, Inc. is a global consulting and education firm located in the United States.
Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated skills and knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Prefer experience with HubSpot to create and upload content, and templates to include blog postings, site pages, landing pages, emails, etc.
• Creating and optimizing images for robust marketing collateral, selecting images that embody our brand.
• Continued development and adherence to our style and branding guide.
• Eagle-eye attention to detail
• Highly skilled communication with English competency to clearly explain your ideas and design process.
• Self-motivated to work autonomously, but also communicate early and often with the company team.

• Ability to build, edit, and deliver files across all mediums – GIFs to web content to brochures.
Key Responsibilities

• Work with our team to include our website developer to create and update pages, templates, and sales funnels in HubSpot, Shopify, and other web platforms.
• Design all marketing collateral for websites, brochures, eBooks, emails, podcasts and video using still images, video, and GIFs.
• Create and modify eLearning and physical course materials to include graphics for PowerPoint, Captivate, and Storyline.
• Support all company initiatives from a creative perspective.
• Locate and utilize compelling images that represents our brands and drives engagement.
• Create images for social media posts (video and podcast images).

Compensation
• Pay salary weekly to start, then pay salary every two weeks after two months of employment.
• Pay increases based on performance.
