• Book listing appointments (Home inspections, floor plans, etc.)
• Attend maintenance appointments or assist with staging requirements (Staging, contractors,
cleaning, etc.)
• Collect/deliver deposit cheques to other brokerages or clients
• Prepare, coordinate and deliver all items necessary for a showing-ready property (Flowers,
internal showing signs, Feature Sheets)
• Put up, change and coordinate riders on signs
• Monitor stock levels of marketing materials for CMA packs and property presentation (Feature
Sheets, Marketing Proposal)
• Prepare Prospect Sale and Value of Opinion letters with clear direction from agents
• Prepare and distribute monthly Market Overview report
• Assist and prepare all transactional paperwork with the administrative team such as offers,
amendments, agency forms, waivers, etc.
• Coordinate, prepare and deliver gifting as part the Client Care programme
• Plan, book and coordinate events and meetings, when needed
• Coordinate and remove any items left by the seller of a sold property to maintain any contractual
obligations – situation dependent
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results when necessary for property presentation
related errands or tasks
• Comparable Market Analysis (CMA)
• Update Brivity (CRM) with client information and initial CMA instruction notes
• Prepare property folder once CMA instruction received
• Prepare active/sold listings report via MLS for specific location, when needed
• Send
recent sale from MLS
• Print comparable report and prepare CMA package in advance of meetings. Present to agents for
review, amend accordingly
• Book CMA appointments
• Send out confirmation of presentation to clients one day before meeting
• Update and track the CMA Listings spreadsheet
• Keep a list of current and past CMAs for end of week report, when needed
• Enter notes once file comes back from presentation onto CRM
• Send follow-up client letters after CMA presentation
