The HR Simulations QA Engineer will be responsible for assisting the QA team with identifying product issues and performing system tests within our job interviews simulations application.
Duties and Responsibilities
------
- Thoroughly identify, record, document, and track bugs
- Identify product issues, primarily focusing on content (e.g. job descriptions, questions), and reporting said issues within our project management system.
- Reporting product issues, concerns, and suggestions to the relevant internal stakeholders for further analysis
- Provide progress reports on a regular basis, and when necessary
- Conduct system testing on implemented fixes and solutions
- Provide tier one (1) customer support to users of various levels (e.g. administrators, students)
- Escalating customer issues/concerns to the appropriate departments
- Attend daily stand up meetings to update work progress and exchange feedback

Qualifications Required
------
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
- Previous experience/knowledge in Recruitment and/or Human Resource Management is required
- Prior experience and/or knowledge of quality assurance practices/processes is required
- Passion for technology is ideal
