OD and Training Specialist

The position is responsible for technical assistance for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of OD interventions including Workplace Learning and Professional Development, Automated Performance Management System, e-learning instructional materials development, conduct of culture-building activities and maintenance of WLPD and PDP requests, evaluation, documentation and recommendations.


Please be informed that this position is project-based (5 months) only.


Requirements:

Bachelors/College Degree in Psychology or Behavioral Science or its equivalent
OD and Training exposure in internship/OJT
Must have above-communication skills
Fresh graduates are considered
